Retail Customers: When any item is put on back order at Office supplies pro, we will ship it out to you as soon as possible.

Wholesale Customers: We set every wholesale customer with Back Order Cancel, this means that the out of stock items will remain on your order until it comes in and you are then notified of it availability. After that, we will cancel the item from your order.
